Culture Trip — the travel e-commerce brand with content at its core — has developed and launched a customised campaign for Tourism Ireland to celebrate and showcase the very best of the Island of Ireland.

The campaign’s goal is to encourage Culture Trip’s Great Britain audience to book their next holiday to the island of Ireland, showcasing the amazing places and experiences available across Ireland when booking through Culture Trip.

The campaign will celebrate the depth and breadth of Ireland through a standalone hub. Sitting on the culturetrip.com website, the dedicated Tourism Ireland hub will host a series of bespoke articles and sponsored content, as well an interactive map plus a collection of Places to Stay and Experiences across Ireland that have been curated by Culture Trip and can be booked online.

For the campaign to deliver against these specific goals, the Culture Trip Media Sales team has leveraged its key strengths such as its award-winning storytelling capabilities and its strong online channels, trusted by a highly engaged audience.

Traffic will be directed to the Tourism Ireland branded hub via Culture Trip’s newsletter, homepage promotions, display ads across the site to a Great Britain audience as well as its social media channels including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

The content created for the campaign will inspire people with different interests to visit and enjoy experiences all across the island including Incredible Places to Stay in Northern Ireland, 24 Hours in Ireland’s Second Cities as well as Slow Adventures on the Island of Ireland: the Best Bits and more.

Since 2019, Culture Trip has received more than 30 awards for its unique, inspirational content and its work for advertising clients. Offering a positive, brand-safe environment and customised services, it has become an attractive partner for those looking for bespoke campaigns.

Julie Wakley, Head of Great Britain at Tourism Ireland, said: “We’re delighted to partner with Culture Trip on this engaging new campaign, the bespoke content created by the team perfectly encompasses why GB audiences should add the island of Ireland to their must visit lists, showcasing the great range of iconic experiences and exciting attractions on offer and inspiring and driving these prospective visitors to book their trip to Ireland now.”

Antony Powell, Culture Trip’s Client Director said: “We are proud and excited to have created a customised campaign for Tourism Ireland that inspires our audience to visit Ireland. The island offers incredible diverse Experiences and Places to Stay and we’ve brought this to life in a way we know our audience loves. We understand what our users are looking for, so we are able to come up with campaigns that really speak to these interests while at the same time deliver against our client’s specific goals.

“Every month, millions of users come to Culture Trip for travel inspiration and many also now come to us to book travel — we offer a single platform that takes customers from inspiration to planning to booking and this is what is at the heart of this bespoke campaign”.
